• Manipulate markets
• Use multiple accounts without approval

3. Fees & Charges

All platform fees are listed on the official website and may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable charges before making transactions.

4. Account Suspension

EcoTrade FX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• KYC failure
• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Violation of terms

5. Limitations

EcoTrade FX is not liable for any losses or issues arising from:

• Market losses
• Server downtime
• Delayed transactions
• Third-party failures
